Still, the sequel should decide whether it wants to be Shin Megami Tensei or Persona. Not many games out there that are both all yuri and not a visual novel. If Sakura Dungeon's sales numbers were decent, a sequel could be a good idea. The smartass answer would be that whether or not Sakura Dungeon 2 is a good idea is entirely dependant on how well it was received and sold. If you want male protags play other games for that and let's leave a female protag for this one. I'd much rather see the sequel continue to yuri. I was agreeing with everything you said until "possibly a male protagonist" that's where you lost me. They could call this game "Sakura Tamer". I'd also like to see more character growth among the monster girls that you've recruited to your side, possibly including the ability for them to transform into one out of several more advanced versions of themselves (kind of like Pokemon's evolution system), or to be able to take on a job class (like in some Final Fantasy games like Final Fantasy X-2). I'd also like to see a far greater emphasis on recruiting monster girls to your side, an expansion of Sakura Dungeon's tried and true, but limited, battle system (such as adding many more support moves and status ailments, like what we see in Final Fantasy games or Pokemon), and possibly a male protagonist to get said monster girls to work for him (like in Sakura Spirit or Sakura Angels).
